حضرت علامہ بہاؤ الدین بن ابراہیم انصاری قادری شطاری رحمۃ اللہ تعالی علیہ

قدوۃ السالکین، نور العارفین، امام سلسلة القادریہ فی الہند، حضرت علامہ بہاؤ الدین بن ابراہیم انصاری قادری شطاری رحمۃ اللہ تعالی علیہ کی ولادت جیند، صوبہ ہریانہ، ہندستان میں ہوئی۔ آپ خلیفہ شیخ احمد جیلانی قادری، عالم دین، مدرس، مصنف، صاحب کرامات و برکات، اور سلسلہ قادریہ برکاتیہ رضویہ کے پچیسویں امام و شیخ طریقت ہیں۔ رسالة شطاریة في الاذكار والاشغال آپ کی یادگار تصنیف ہے۔ آپ کو اچھی خوشبو سونگتے ہی ایسا ذوق و حال طاری ہوتا تھا کہ جاں بلب ہو جاتے تھے چنانچہ ظاہری سبب آپ کے وصال کا یہی ہوا کہ ایک مرتبہ ایک شخص حالت نقاہت میں آپ کی خدمت میں غالیہ یعنی مشک و عنبر کافور کی بنی ہوئی مہنگی خوشبو لایا تو اسی اچھی خوشبو کے اثر سے آپ کی روح قفسِ عنصری سے پرواز کر گئی۔ یوں 11 ذوالحجہ 921ھ کو وصال فرمایا۔ مزار شریف دولت آباد، ضلع اورنگ آباد، مہاراشٹر، ہندستان میں ہے۔ (اخبار الاخیار، تذکرہ مشائخ قادریہ برکاتیہ رضویہ)

Imam of the Qadiriyah Sufi Order in Indian Sub-Continent, Shaykh Bahauddin bin Ibrahim Ansari Qadiri Shattari (Alayhir Rahmah) was born in Jind, Haryanah, India. He was a spiritual successor of Shaykh Ahmad Jilani Qadiri, a pious practicing scholar, teacher, author, a man of marvels and blessings, and the 25th Imam and spiritual guide of the Qadiri Barakati Ridawi Sufi Order. ‘‘Risalah Shattariyah fi al-Azkar wa al-Ashghal’’ is his memorable book. He would go into ecstasy as soon as he smelled fragrances which also became the apparent reason for his demise. A person once brought to him a very strong fragrance made of Musk and Amber, with the effect of this good fragrance, his soul left his body and he passed away on 11th Dhu al-Hijjah 921 AH. His blessed mausoleum is located in Daulat Abad, Aurangabad district, Maharashtra, India.
